How Operation Santa Works🎁

    Every holiday season, thousands of families and children send letters to Santa at the North Pole, sharing hopes, wishes, and sometimes needs like clothing or simple holiday kindness. Personal details are removed to protect privacy, so what remains is the wish itself: a wish someone can make come true.

  • ❤️ Step 2: Adopt

    You (or a group of friends, family, or coworkers) can browse these letters online and choose one (or more) to “adopt.” Once adopted, you commit to helping turn those wishes into reality. You don’t have to grant every wish, and you’re free to pick what works best for you.

  • 📦 Step 3: Ship the Gift

    After selecting a letter, you can shop from the official online catalog (powered by Toys“R”Us®) for convenience or choose your own gift and ship it independently via postal mail. Gifts must be shipped by the specified holiday deadlines to ensure they arrive in time for Christmas.
