Position Descriptions

Project Managers

The role of Project Managers is to manage the Commercial Flooring projects from bidding to project completion. As the organizers and overseers of the project’s success, they work closely with everyone involved to ensure the accuracy of plans, materials, and installers.

Project Site Coordinators
The role of Project Site Coordinators at Arko Flooring is to guarantee the success of our day-to-day on-site operations. They work closely with general contractor Superintendents and our installers to ensure installation is in line with the wants and needs of the client.

Residential Project Coordinators
The role of Residential Project Coordinators is to schedule and oversee the daily residential installer schedules and to address any immediate needs of those currently performing installations.

Residential Estimators
Our Residential Estimators use the data obtained by our Residential Measurers to create takeoffs. These takeoffs are used to determine the amount and types of materials needed for each residential project. This position also involves the scheduling of residential measurements and ensuring customer satisfaction during the entire scheduling and installation process.

Administrative Assistant
Administrative Assistants are used in various roles throughout our company. They assist with receptionist duties, general document preparation, overflow work from each department, and any other tasks as they are needed.

Warehouse Personnel
Our warehouse employees are the backbone of project material organization. They receive, inspect, tag, and store all materials prior to project site delivery. All materials that enter or leave the warehouse, whether for daily residential projects or long-term commercial projects, must go through a process by warehouse personnel in order to ensure quantities and quality are correct.
