Delray Hybrid Rigid Core from the Everlife® Smithcliffs™ Collection offers warm brown tones with subtle hints of gray, complete with fine knots and graining for an authentic wood appearance. This next-generation hybrid rigid core is 100% waterproof with MSI's DryLuxe™ technology. This 7 "x48" waterproof flooring has a 20mil equivalent wear rating with 50% improved scratch protection vs. vinyl. It also features CrystaLux Ultra™ protection layer, providing durability and longevity, protecting against everyday wear. In addition, Delray is backed by a lifetime residential warranty and a 15-year light and 10-year commercial warranty. To ensure a seamless look, we recommend purchasing enough flooring to cover the entire space, plus an additional 10% for waste. This buffer allows you to select pieces from the same production batch, minimizing the risk of color inconsistencies.
