(If you have not voted before) They request your email, First and Last name, a reason why you love Simply the Best (if you are unfamiliar with them, they help support local businesses around central PA), gender, birth date (This information is all for verification reasons on their end, you won't receive marketing emails unless you sign up for them on the form) Click confirm.
5. They will ask for your zip code. Click confirm.
